What is a “dedicated panel”?
A complete Pterodactyl installation (panel + Wings node) that belongs to you alone. You are the super-administrator: add eggs, invite friends, create and delete servers freely, within the resources of your plan. The node and its 100 ports are preconfigured and locked by Nebus so that your panel always keeps working.
How many servers can I create?
As many as you like. You can even over-allocate: with Blaze (4 GB), create three 2 GB servers, or one server set to 12 GB. The panel blocks nothing; the actual usage of them all stays capped at the plan's 4 GB, which are reserved for you.
How quickly is my panel delivered?
Usually 2 to 3 minutes after the payment is confirmed. With the dedicated IP option, allow 10 to 20 more minutes if no address is available in our stock (the time our hosting provider takes to deliver one). Your panel's page refreshes on its own and shows your login details as soon as it is ready.
Where are the servers hosted?
In France, on OVHcloud infrastructure in Gravelines, with NVMe storage and anti-DDoS protection. The web panel is served through Cloudflare.
What happens at the end of my period?
Nothing is charged automatically. You can extend at any time from the client area. If you do not renew, the panel is suspended 3 days after the due date, then deleted 10 days later.
What is the dedicated IP option for?
Without it, your servers use a shared address and 100 assigned ports (for example gra1.nebus.fr:30000). With a dedicated IP (+€2.49/month), you get your own IPv4 address and use any ports you want: your players connect on the game's default port, with no odd port number. It is chosen when you order or added later to an existing panel, prorated until the expiry date; assigning it is immediate if an address is in stock, otherwise it usually takes 10 to 20 minutes.
Can I change plan along the way?
Yes, from your panel's page. To a higher plan, you only pay the difference prorated over the time left. To a lower plan, nothing to pay: the time left is converted at the new price and your expiry date moves later. The change is applied within minutes, without losing your servers.
Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal, which also lets you pay by card without creating a PayPal account.
How do I contact support?
From the client area, Support menu: open a ticket, our team answers in writing and you receive an e-mail for each answer. You can also write to contact@nebus.app.
Is the service available in other languages?
Yes: the website, client area, e-mails and documentation are available in French, English, German, Spanish and Russian. The Pterodactyl panel itself stays in its original language (English). Only the French version of the legal documents is legally binding.
